As a handy guy and homeowner, I am more than happy to take on a variety of small home repair and improvement projects. Anything for small electrical and plumbing, shelving, appliance installation, or other small tasks that dont quite require a full licensed pro. If you get a quote on a small project that seems a little too high for your wallet, feel free to reach out and we can see if it is something I can help you with at a lower cost.
When I moved into my Townhome in Catonsville, one of my first projects was to build this small Kitchen in the basement so I could rent the basement out. All of the work for this project was done by myself, including plumbing, electric, cabinets, and countertop. In addition, I ran new plumbing and electrical lines from the basement up to the second floor of the house to install a new washer/dryer setup upstairs. At the front of my property, I built a free library and installed decorative block planters for my herb garden along the otherwise useless, steep slope. A small split rail fence and outdoor furniture was added at the top to create a useable, defined space.A custom Oak mantel built and installed by me on a tricky brick fireplace. The mantel was made from a Chestnut Oak that I had removed previously on another clients property, and finished with a stain selected to match the flooring.
